Shipping & Handling
Our bags are made to order and usually take 2-3 weeks to ship. On occasion, we may have the desired style and colour in stock, in which case they will be despatched in 1-3 working days. All other items on the website will ship in 5-7 working days.
During particularly busy times, lead times may be longer than usual, but we will endeavour to make customers aware of any delays. Everything is made by hand, and we appreciate your patience.
Shipping costs and credit card/Paypal fees are non-refundable.
Standard - Free (2-3 working days)
Express - £6 (next working day )
UK Standard deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Second Class Signed For delivery and UK Express deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt.
Europe - Standard - £8 (3-7 working days)
Tracked - £12 (3-7 working days)
Rest of World - Standard - £12 (7-14 working days)
Tracked - £18 (7-14 working days)
International deliveries are sent via Royal Mail International Standard (without tracking), or via Royal Mail Tracked and Signed.*

Orders from outside the EU may be subject to import fees on delivery.

Terms & Conditions
As we pride ourselves on our craftsmanship, all items have a lifetime guarantee. Products found to be defective will be repaired or replaced free of charge. Repairs due to normal wear are also available at a minimal charge, please get in touch for more info.
Because every device screen has different settings, exact colour cannot be guaranteed. Products are represented through imagery and descriptions as accurately as possible. As leather is a natural material and all products are handmade, please expect small variations from piece to piece.
If you’d like to request an exchange or refund, please notify us by email within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of our items, all items must be returned in the original condition with no signs of wear.
Please note that we are not able to refund/exchange goods until they have been received, we are unable to take responsibility for any goods lost in this process.
Once goods have been received, a refund will be issued after a satisfactory inspection of returned items.
Postage fees will be the responsibility of the costumer.
